Their complexity is matched to the selected investment and confirmed in writing before work begins.
We assess available demand signals, market timing, competition, customer pain, monetisation and execution feasibility. Validation reduces uncertainty, but it does not guarantee revenue, investment or product-market fit. You still make the final decision to operate the business.
Investments from €5,000 include 12 months of base support for the delivered startup. This covers issue triage, minor fixes and practical launch guidance under the written scope. New features, paid advertising, domains, licences and other third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
We first learn about your experience, strengths, goals, preferred involvement and available resources. We then create a narrower shortlist using stronger fit, market, monetisation, scalability and defensibility criteria before selecting the startup with you.
We use the payer details available through Wise to contact you and send a written scope with the exact deliverables, schedule, acceptance criteria and support terms. If your preferred delivery email is different or not available through Wise, email d.prostov@mobi-soft.org with your payment reference. You can decline the scope for a full refund before acceptance. If we cannot accept the order, your payment is also refunded in full.
You receive the agreed branded deployment and commercial-use rights defined in your scope. We retain reusable frameworks, generic components and non-confidential code. Exclusive rights or full source-code transfer can be priced separately.
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. If you ask us to begin earlier, we may deduct the value of work already performed. The right can be lost after full performance with your prior request and acknowledgement. See the Terms for details.
